4. Subscription & Payment

• Our services operate on a subscription basis, charged monthly or annually as displayed during checkout.
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

All content, branding, logos, software, and design elements within SaaSium are the exclusive property of SaaSium. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all services. However, we are not responsible for interruptions caused by maintenance, third-party providers, or unforeseen technical issues.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or engage in activities harmful to our systems, services, or reputation. You may cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard.

9. Limitation of Liability

SaaSium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services, including data loss or business interruption.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Chandigarh, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SaaSium services after changes implies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
